Labor Continues to Support Janice Hahn

(LOS ANGELES) – Five local unions today announced their support of Los Angeles City Councilwoman Janice Hahn for lieutenant governor. — United Firefighters Local 112, IBEW Local 18, UA Journeyman & Apprentices Local 250, Plumbers Local 78 and UFCW Local 770. “These labor endorsements are a sign that I have stood with working men and women my entire career,” said Hahn. “They know I will stand up for them in the lieutenant governor’s office as well.”

Collectively, these unions represent tens of thousands of working men and women across Southern California.

Hahn also has been endorsed in the Democratic primary by the California Young Democrats, National Organization for Women (NOW), National Women’s Political Caucus(NWPC), EMILY’s List, California Federation of Teachers, California Professional Firefighters, Communications Workers of America, Peace Officers Research Association of California (PORAC), Los Angeles City Fire Department Chief Officers Association, Los Angeles County Professional Peace Officers Association, Los Angeles Airport Police and Southern California Pipe Trades District Council 16, among others.
