A Holiday Message From Janice

I want to take a moment and wish you a wonderful holiday.

As I celebrate this season with my family, I realize how thankful I am for them, my staff, and the incredible opportunity to serve my constituents and have wonderful supporters like you. We’ve already achieved a lot this year. We’ve worked for change – for good jobs, access to quality education, funding for lifesaving local services – and Californians everywhere are taking notice. I look forward to working hand-in-hand with you in 2010, speaking out and doing what needs to be done to put California back on track.

But for now – as we gather with our families, count our blessings, and share this special time of year – I ask you to also think of the brave men and women serving abroad who aren’t able to do so. Please keep them and their families in your thoughts and prayers this holiday season.
